Senior Executive, Industrial relations (IR)
Responsibilities
Manage disciplinary and grievance cases by conducting investigations, drafting disciplinary correspondence, and coordinating Domestic Inquiries (DI) in compliance with Malaysian employment laws.
Handle industrial relations matters including conciliation proceedings, litigation support, case documentation, and liaison with statutory authorities such as the Industrial Relations Department (JPP) and Labour Department (JTK).
Ensure IR compliance and governance by conducting audits, reviewing policies and SOPs, and advising management on changes to labour legislation and regulatory requirements.
Provide strategic IR advisory to managers and department heads on employee relations, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and workplace best practices.
Promote a positive employee relations culture by developing IR communication initiatives, employee awareness programmes, and collaborating with Legal and Integrity teams on complex cases.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
4–6 years of hands-on experience in Industrial Relations or Employee Relations, with proven experience managing disciplinary cases and Domestic Inquiries.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour legislation, including the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, and Industrial Court practices.
Excellent investigation, analytical, report writing, and communication skills, with the ability to prepare legally sound documentation and correspondences.
High integrity, resilience, and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies while handling confidential and sensitive matters.

Senior Executive, Internal Audit
Responsibilities
Execute risk-based internal audits across the Group, including financial, operational, compliance, IT, project, procurement and special audits, to assess the effectiveness of governance, risk management and internal controls.
Plan, perform and document audit engagements in accordance with the approved Annual Audit Plan, International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (IIA Standards), COSO Framework and applicable regulatory requirements.
Identify control deficiencies, operational risks and process improvement opportunities, and provide practical, value-adding recommendations to enhance organisational performance.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports, present findings to Management and monitor the timely implementation of agreed corrective actions.
Support investigations relating to fraud, misconduct, abuse of authority and other special assignments while maintaining independence, objectivity and confidentiality.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen corporate governance, compliance and risk management practices across the Group.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Management or Governance.
Experience in a Government-Linked Company (GLC), Public Listed Company (PLC), conglomerate or regulatory environment will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of risk-based auditing, internal controls, corporate governance, enterprise risk management and applicable audit standards.
Excellent analytical, investigative, report writing and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate audit findings effectively to stakeholders.
Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, sound judgement and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Professional certifications such as CIA, ACCA, CPA, MICPA, CISA, CRMA or CFA will be an added advantage.
