Ia juga diisi dengan ceramah kesihatan yang disampaikan oleh penceramah berpengalaman. Dua topik yang dikupas pada hari tersebut ialah \u2018How to prevent sport injuries\u2019 dan \u2018Ergonomic\u2019.\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0Turut menjadi agenda utama program ialah pemeriksaan kesihatan percuma kepada semua kakitangan MBI. Antara pemeriksaan yang dijalankan termasuklah mengukur BMI (berat badan dan ketinggian), tekanan darah, kandungan gula dan kadar denyutan jantung.\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0Apa-apapun, MBIans mestilah peka dengan kesihatan diri.
